The environment is something that is at the front of everyone’s minds at the moment. We all want to do our bit to help. Here at CleanMy we wanted to let our customers know a bit about us and our suppliers and what we are doing to make sure our impact is as low as it can be.
CleanMy
At CleanMy we take every step possible to reduce the impact that our business has on the environment. We assess every aspect of our business with the aim of running a truly environmentally sustainable and responsible business. Like all businesses we still have more to do, but we are proud of where we are today.
Our product ranges are sourced from manufacturers with the highest environmental standards. Our business waste is minimal and what we do generate is either re-used or recycled properly. Our logistics are run exclusively by us, to CleanMy standards, with no third parties involved meaning we have complete control on our vehicle fleet and its environmental performance.
We are investing heavily in IT to not only benefit our customers but also cut out wastage across our office operations. We are currently investing in our brand new, purpose built headquarters achieving a BREAAM rating of ‘very good’.
We operate a sustainable travel plan for our staff, encouraging car share, cycling and walking to work as well as investing in pool bikes and providing facilities to make alternative travel to work easier. We encourage flexible working hours and working from home, cutting out unnecessary journeys.
