If you have a query or a question with any goods that have been delivered, please contact Cleanmy Ltd by telephone, 01432 279612 or email, sales@cleanmy.biz within 30 days and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.

We will accept all returns providing:-

• We have been notified within the 30 day period

• The good are in their original packaging and of merchantable quality

• The goods are a standard stock item

We cannot accept the return of special order items.
